Produced in small batches in the highlands of Jalisco, General Gorostieta Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, grown at high altitudes where the cool climate and mineral-rich soil yield agave of exceptional sweetness and complexity. The agave is slowly roasted in traditional brick ovens and fermented naturally, then double-distilled to preserve its rich character. The result is a spirit that’s as bold and refined as its namesake.

Each expression—from the crisp, vibrant Blanco to the deeply aged Extra Añejo—is crafted with care and aged in American or French oak barrels to impart layers of vanilla, spice, and dried fruit.
