Justin Vineyards

Justin Vineyards & Winery, located in the heart of Paso Robles, California, has become a benchmark for world-class Bordeaux-style wines made on American soil. Founded in 1981 by Justin Baldwin, the estate began with a simple yet ambitious vision: to craft wines that rival the finest in the world, using grapes grown entirely in California’s unique Central Coast terroir. With a commitment to excellence and a deep respect for traditional Old World winemaking techniques, Justin quickly gained acclaim and a loyal following.

The winery’s flagship wine, ISOSCELES, a Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant Bordeaux blend, put Justin on the global map. Crafted with meticulous care and aged in French oak, ISOSCELES exemplifies the winery’s philosophy of elegance, structure, and balance. Beyond their iconic red blends, Justin also produces a variety of expressions, including Justification, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and a well-regarded line of reserve wines that showcase both varietal purity and regional character.

Sustainability and innovation are also cornerstones of the brand. From state-of-the-art winemaking facilities to environmentally conscious vineyard practices, Justin Vineyards maintains a commitment to quality and stewardship of the land. The winery’s hospitality is equally renowned, offering visitors a luxurious experience complete with a tasting room, gourmet restaurant, and elegant accommodations at the JUST Inn.

Today, Justin Vineyards stands as a symbol of American wine excellence—pushing the boundaries of what California wines can achieve, while honoring the heritage and craftsmanship that define the world’s great wine traditions. Whether enjoyed young or cellared for years, Justin wines continue to offer richness, refinement, and a true taste of Paso Robles terroir.
