Distilled in the historic city of Cartagena de Indias, we distill neutral alcohol with the best quality juniper and a mix of native fruits, herbs and spices sourced from all over the country, from the chilly altitudes of the Andes to tropical forests. Our key botanicals include corozo (a palm fruit endemic to Colombia’s Caribbean coast), raw fermented cacao from the Pacific, limón mandarino (a native citrus hybrid) and additional botanicals, some of which we have promised to keep secret.

 

At 40% ABV, Selva Gin is perfect for mixing up in your favourite cocktail, be it a Martini, a Negroni or a Basil Smash. As a Gin & Tonic we like to enjoy it with lots of ice, a quality tonic and for the garnish a grapefruit twist or a wheel of limón mandarino.
